Naomi Campion joins Time Finance as Business Development Manager

Time Finance has welcomed Naomi Campion as a Business Development Manager within its Invoice Finance team. With over seven years of experience in financial services, Naomi has held previous roles such as Associate Director at Lloyds and Business Development Manager at BCRS and Bibby.

In her new position at Time Finance, Naomi will be focusing on expanding her network of introducers across the Midlands. Her responsibilities include working closely with introducers to ensure business owners receive the necessary funding to support their growth. Additionally, she will be meeting prospects and structuring invoice finance deals tailored to their needs.

Naomi expressed her enthusiasm for joining the company, stating that the growth of Time Finance’s lending book and the flexibility of their facilities made her decision to join an easy one. She is looking forward to being part of the company’s journey during this period of expansion.

This latest recruitment marks another step in Time Finance’s ongoing strategy to strengthen its team. In recent months, the company has also appointed Ann Geater as Relationship Manager and Jess Wilkinson as Area Sales Manager, reflecting its commitment to enhancing its Invoice and Asset Finance services.

Adrian Payne, Head of Invoice Sales (South) at Time Finance, shared his thoughts on Naomi’s arrival. He highlighted her diverse experience across various lenders, emphasising how this will bring a valuable perspective to the company as they continue to introduce clients to the benefits of invoice finance.
