More details have emerged of Conygar’s ambitious £650m regeneration project in Nottingham city centre.
The company has submitted plans to regenerate the Island Quarter site. Conygar already has planning permission for the Canal Turn scheme, which kicked off the regeneration of the long-derelict site in late 2020.
An application for the major work on the site includes a 223-bed hotel, over 240 build-to-rent apartments, co-working space and an extensive food and drink area, all designed by Jestico+Whiles.
Conygar Investment Company PLC (LON:CIC) is an AIM quoted property investment and development group dealing primarily in UK property.
