Opening 2022… The Island Quarter

Conygar are building an all-day, canal-side destination with restaurants, bars and extensive events space. Led by chef patron Laurence Henry – winner of MasterChef: The Professionals 2018 – expect locally sourced ingredients, live-fire cooking and the best of British menus. We’re also opening a brand new events space, and creating a programme of activity from the rooftop all the way through the building and out onto the courtyard. We can’t wait to welcome you.

Binks Yard

Named after Henry Binks, a Victorian beer retailer who worked around the original Island site, Binks Yard will be our all day dining, drinking and entertainment venue. Inside, we’re serving craft beer, real ales and food that is grilled, cured and wood fired, and outside there’ll be live performances and events.
