A 4.3-acre residential plot in Cross Hands has been sold.
The site has permission for 69 homes and is part of a wider scheme brought forward by joint vendors Carmarthenshire County Council and George LB.
Approximately 143 new homes have already been built by Persimmon Plc in addition to a new 90,000 sqft destination retail scheme constructed by The Conygar Investment Company PLC.
Alongside other leading brands like B&M Retail, Costa Coffee, Jenkins Bakery and The Food Warehouse, Conygar have recently secured Lidl for a new foodstore which is due to open later this year.
