Spectus Elite 70 doorsets transform residential conversion

A conversion of a Victorian warehouse into residential accommodation has used Spectus Elite 70 doorsets to stunning effect.

The project had two entrances and the doorsets were manufactured by Derbyshire-based Spectus fabricator Titan Trade Windows. The clients chose a bevelled profile in cream, with one entrance replaced by a single residential doorset set into a glazed section and the other by large French doors.

To ensure the project was completed to the standard required, Titan worked closely with the installer, Leicestershire’s The Right Window Company. The support of the Epwin Window Systems technical team was also drawn upon.

Epwin Group PLC (LON:EPWN) are one of the UK’s largest manufacturers and suppliers of PVC windows, doors and fascia systems with some of the best known manufacturing and service names in the sector.
