Tees Valley Lithium (TVL) is advancing supply negotiations with Recharge Industries, following its acquisition of collapsed battery company Britishvolt. TVL had previously entered into a MOU with Recharge to supply it with lithium hydroxide.
A wholly-owned subsidiary of Alkemy Capital Investments, Tees Valley Lithium is behind plans for a lithium hydroxide processing facility at Wilton International. Once operational, the plant is expected to create up to 500 high-value full time jobs.
