Touchstone closes $7.8M financing

Touchstone Exploration (TXP) has closed a $7.8 million private placement.

The company sold approximately 8.7 million of its common shares for $0.90 per share.

The new common shares issued in connection with the private placement have been conditionally approved for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Beacon Securities Limited and Canaccord Genuity Corp. acted as co-lead agents in connection with the private placement on behalf of a syndicate of agents.

Touchstone Exploration Inc (LON:TXP) is a Canadian-based, international upstream oil and gas company currently active in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
