Towngate PLC secures pre-let for Likewise Floors at Towngate Business Centre

Leading industrial and commercial property specialist, Towngate PLC is thrilled to announce that Likewise Floors Limited, a subsidiary of the Likewise Group PLC, has secured a pre-let on two newly constructed industrial units at the Towngate Business Centre in Walkden.

Likewise Floors Limited has signed a 10-year lease for Units 3E & 3F, comprising a combined industrial space totaling 18,197 sq. ft. As part of the agreement, Towngate PLC has offered flexibility to accommodate the specific needs of the tenant, including the construction of additional office space. 

Occupation of the units by Likewise is expected to commence from early May 2024.

Likewise Group PLC (LON:LIKE) is a distributor of floorcoverings and matting and has the opportunity to consolidate the domestic and commercial floorcovering markets to become one of the UK’s largest distributors in this sector.
