Vertu Motors AGM to be held on 23 June 2021

Vertu Motors plc (LON:VTU), the automotive retailer with a network of 149 sales and aftersales outlets across the UK, has announced that its Annual General Meeting will be held at the registered offices of the Company at Vertu House, Fifth Avenue Business Park, Team Valley, Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, NE11 0XA at 10.00am on 23 June 2021.

We expect this year’s AGM to be held in person as normal as it is due to be held after the restrictions relating to COVID-19 are anticipated to be lifted in June.  The Company will continue to closely monitor the situation in the lead up to the Annual General Meeting and will make any further updates about the meeting arrangements on its website at investors.vertumotors.com.  Should you have any questions of the Board, please email them to cosec@vertumotors.com.
