Young people with food allergies in Northern Ireland are risking their lives because they are too embarrassed to tell food outlets about their condition.
The Food Standards Agency has today launched a campaign to highlight the importance of speaking up about food allergies and intolerance’s after finding almost one in 10 young people here do not tell anyone about their condition – with some risking a potentially deadly reaction.
