On Thursday, the European aerospace major, Airbus, confirmed its commercial aircraft orders and deliveries for February 2024, marking a 7% increase compared to the same period in the previous year.
The company delivered 49 aircraft to 28 customers during the month, bringing the total delivered aircraft number to 79 this year.
Additionally, it reported two new commercial aircraft orders for February, maintaining a backlog of 8,552 aircraft. Both of these orders consisted of the Airbus A350-900, placed by an undisclosed customer.
