Step into a world of real impact and global innovation with Cerillion’s graduate scheme, where talent is nurtured, growth is accelerated, and bright minds are shaping the future of telecoms software. This is not just a training programme – it’s a launchpad for high-potential individuals to thrive in a cutting-edge, collaborative environment.
Cerillion’s graduate programme is designed to equip promising candidates with the technical, professional and interpersonal tools to excel. Shreeya Sharma, now a Graduate Business Consultant, offers a first-hand look into her journey from university to contributing to global telecoms solutions with Cerillion.
After completing her degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Southampton in 2024, Shreeya joined Cerillion’s graduate scheme with an open mind and a strong desire to learn. What initially drew her to Cerillion was the company’s deep commitment to innovation and its impressive global reach – an opportunity to make a real-world impact while developing her own capabilities.
The recruitment process was thorough yet welcoming. An online interview was followed by an engaging in-person Assessment Day at Cerillion’s London headquarters. Although she arrived nervous, Shreeya found the experience energising, with the presentation task becoming a highlight thanks to the encouraging and approachable atmosphere created by the team.
The programme kicked off in August with a well-rounded training schedule combining technical expertise, product knowledge and soft skills development. Cerillion’s inclusive approach ensured that graduates from diverse academic backgrounds, like Shreeya’s, were empowered to thrive. Whether tackling CRM Plus or getting to grips with Linux and SQL, support was ever-present, and learning was made engaging through practical exercises and group presentations.
Soon after the initial training, Shreeya began contributing to real projects, shadowing experienced consultants and gaining autonomy while supported by a collaborative team. Her confidence grew further during a 10-day training trip to Cerillion’s Sofia office, where she not only deepened her technical knowledge but also built strong connections with colleagues in a culturally rich and unforgettable setting.
Upon returning, she joined a second project, further expanding her technical expertise and familiarity with key Cerillion products like Self Service. Each assignment brought new learning curves, and with every challenge came support from team members and project managers who valued communication and mentorship.
What stands out in Shreeya’s story is Cerillion’s exceptional workplace culture. From regular one-to-one check-ins with line managers to lively Covent Garden lunches and after-work socials, the sense of community is tangible. The graduate cohort benefits from a shared journey and a dynamic atmosphere that makes each day rewarding and full of potential.
Cerillion’s graduate scheme is more than a stepping stone – it’s a career accelerator backed by meaningful work, brilliant minds and a strong culture of support. It’s where future leaders in telecoms technology begin their rise.
