A Merseyside firm that makes brake discs for supercars has agreed a £20m deal with a US car making giant.
Surface Transforms announced on Tuesday it has been chosen as a ‘tier one’ supplier of a carbon ceramic brake disc to a “major mainstream US company”.
Despite not revealing the name of the client, the Liverpool-based company said it was “one of the most respected names in the industry”.
Surface Transforms plc (LON:SCE) are experts in the development and production of carbon-ceramic materials and the UK’s only manufacturer of carbon-ceramic brakes for automotive use.
