Toll Group’s Anna Green appointed Valeura Energy director

Anna Green has been appointed as an independent director of Valeura Energy Inc. (TSX:VLE), the upstream oil and gas company announced Tuesday.

Green is a lawyer who has more than 25 years of experience focused on the Asia Pacific region, primarily within the banking and technology sectors, according to Valeura Energy’s news release.

She currently serves as chief enterprise services officer for Toll Group, a leading global transportation and logistics provider. Before joining the Toll Group in 2023, Green worked for Amazon, where she developed marketing, acquisition and growth strategies and was named Asia IT Woman of the Year at the Women in IT Awards. Before that she served as the chief risk officer and CEO for ANZ bank in Laos and in the Philippines.
