As a follow-up to my previous piece, I want to remain on the topic of adaptation amidst the paradigm shift being caused by Large Language Models (LLMs). These days, the word “adaptation” cannot be emphasized enough, as has been the case many times in the past.
Adaptation due to LLMs will be mandatory in several fields, in the most diverse processes, and I don’t mean just for employees and the workforce in general. I’m talking about education, health, politics and relationships—everything is prone to changing, on varying levels.
I have a personal story of adaptation to share—a human resources situation that arose, from my corner of the data science world, that perfectly demonstrates what I mean.
