Cerillion included in two market guides published by Gartner for CSPs

Cerillion plc (LON:CER), the billing, charging and customer relationship management software solutions provider, has reported that it is included in two market guides published by Gartner for communications services providers.

Both reports, “Market Guide for CSP Customer Management and Experience Solutions”1 and “Market Guide for CSP Revenue Management and Monetization Solutions”2, evaluate selected suppliers “based on product portfolio, geographic spread and progress in the last year”.

Management believes that Cerillion’s inclusion in these two industry reports highlights the Company’s growing reputation and the breadth and completeness of the Company’s product portfolio. Cerillion’s BSS/OSS Suite covers all major modules of customer management & experience and revenue management & monetization solutions.  The Suite’s modules may be used as a complete, end-to-end pre-integrated solution, or particular modules may be selected for their discrete functions.  Pre-packaged SaaS editions, which are designed around the needs of specific market segments, are also available, and provide the fastest possible ‘time-to-value’.

According to Gartner, “Inquiries with CSPs and our survey of RM&M vendors suggest that CSPs are increasingly asking for TM Forum Open APIs and TM Forum Open Digital Architecture (“ODA”) compliance.”2 Cerillion is one of only two BSS/OSS vendors with real-world certifications of its Open APIs in live customer deployments as well as being at gold-level certification for TM Forum Open APIs.

Louis Hall, CEO of Cerillion plc, commented,

“We are delighted to be recognised again in Gartner’s latest Market Guide reports.

“Gartner is a trusted resource, and we believe our inclusion confirms our growing reputation in the industry, backed up by our consistent track record of success and growth.”
