Cerillion secures $11.1 million contract with leading South African connectivity provider

Cerillion plc (LON:CER), a provider of billing, charging, and customer relationship management software solutions, has this week announced a significant new contract valued at $11.1 million with a leading connectivity solutions provider in South Africa. The initial contract term is five years, with potential for further development over time.

The new client operates in both B2B and B2C markets across South Africa, offering a wide range of technologies, including fiber, satellite, microwave, and 5G standalone solutions. Under this agreement, Cerillion will supply, implement, and maintain its flagship BSS/OSS solution on a SaaS basis.

Cerillion’s software is an ‘off-the-shelf’ product that delivers the advantages of a customised solution without the associated costs and integration risks of bespoke systems. This productised approach has distinguished Cerillion in a market traditionally dominated by vendors offering less flexible, more complex tailored solutions.

Louis Hall, CEO, commented:

“We are extremely pleased to have secured a major new contract with this leading Southern Africa solutions provider. Our solution underwent rigorous evaluation, and we are delighted that the advantages of our productised approach, along with the quality and breadth of our offering, were clearly evident. We look forward to a successful partnership with our new client.”
