Jubilee Metals unveils plans for ambitious Copper production expansion in Zambia

Jubilee Metals, a prominent player in metals processing with a strong presence in Africa, has unveiled ambitious plans to elevate its copper production capacity in Zambia. The company’s strategic initiative aims to boost copper output to an impressive 25,000 tonnes annually, marking a significant milestone in the region’s copper industry.

The expansion blueprint encompasses a dual approach of augmenting Jubilee’s copper resource base and enhancing processing capabilities. Notably, the company has achieved notable progress in both fronts, signaling a promising trajectory for its operations in Zambia.

One of the key highlights of Jubilee’s expansion strategy is the completion of a state-of-the-art front-end modular unit at the Roan Concentrator. Designed by the company’s Technical Services team in South Africa, this innovative unit boasts a capacity of 50,000 tonnes per month.
