Hercules Site Services anticipates its revenue to exceed £47 million for the first six months of the financial year. This projection marks an approximate 27% increase compared to the £37.0 million revenue reported for the six months ending 31 March 2023.
All revenue streams experienced growth, each driven by distinct factors, underpinned by substantial demand in the infrastructure sector.
Hercules is scheduled to publish its Interim Results on 3 June 2024.
Brusk Korkmaz, Chief Executive Officer, remarked: “We have achieved further revenue growth in the first half of this financial year and secured several new contracts, including over £5 million in civil projects, and have entered into a significant new framework agreement with Costain. The integration of Future Build Recruitment, following our acquisition of the business in December 2023, is progressing well, and we are already observing cross-selling and upselling opportunities from our existing clients.
“As the UK continues to face a skills shortage, the Hercules Construction Academy, which successfully opened in January 2024, is rapidly developing a reputation for delivering first-class training and upskilling workers across the industry. The site, located in the West Midlands, also provides us with a strategic foothold in the heart of England.
“We are trading in line with expectations and, with the continued strong momentum in the infrastructure sector, including highways, energy, and water, we approach the remainder of this financial year with confidence.”
