Hercules Site Services, a specialist recruitment company, has announced that its results for the year have surpassed expectations, marking the end of what has been described as another record year. Based in Gloucestershire, the company reported that its revenue has increased by about 25%, reaching over £105 million. This figure exceeds market forecasts by £10 million.
The company further stated that this growth will positively impact its overall financial performance, with adjusted EBITDA and pre-tax profits expected to be significantly higher than previously predicted. Hercules, which supplies labour to the UK infrastructure and construction industries, is set to release its full financial details for the year ending in September this coming January.
Brusk Korkmaz, the CEO of the AIM-listed firm, expressed his satisfaction with the results, noting that they reflect the company’s ongoing success in exceeding market expectations and achieving new record highs year after year. He attributed this success to the team’s ability to capitalise on organic growth opportunities, including entering new labour markets and launching the Hercules Construction Academy. Korkmaz also highlighted the company’s ability to take advantage of recent mergers and acquisitions.
Hercules recently secured £8 million in funding, which will enable it to acquire other recruitment companies in the infrastructure sector.
