Quadrise partners with BTG Bioliquids and Euthenia for zero-emission Biofuels project

Quadrise has entered into an agreement with the Dutch BTG Bioliquids BV (BTL) and the Spanish biotechnology company Euthenia Energy Group Limited. This is reported in the Quadrise press release.

In June 2023, Quadrise and BTL signed an agreement to jointly develop a project to use rapid pyrolysis bio-oil (FPBO) as a potential cost-effective renewable feedstock for bioMSAR technology developed by Quadrise. The agreement aims to implement a strategy for the production of zero-emission biofuels by 2030 as part of the decarbonization of shipping, energy and heavy industry.

In order to further implement the project, Quadrise and BTL have signed a cooperation agreement with Euthenia, a Spanish biotech company in the field of renewable energy and transitional solutions for a low-carbon economy. Euthenia has assets in Europe, North America and the Caribbean.

Quadrise plc (LON:QED) is an energy technology provider whose solutions enable production of cheaper, cleaner, simpler and safer alternatives to fuel oil and biofuels, proven in real world applications.
