This strategic partnership will accelerate customer access to advanced silicon IP, enabling the next generation of high-performance SoCs in AI, autonomous vehicles, hyperscaling, and data networking.
By leveraging Siemens’ vast global sales force, Alphawave Semi’s proven silicon IP platforms will reach a broader audience, providing customers with comprehensive building blocks for 3D-IC and chiplet-based technologies. Siemens will offer Alphawave Semi’s PHY, Controller, and Subsystem platform IP, optimised for advanced technology nodes, either independently or in conjunction with its comprehensive EDA tools. The agreement includes a diverse portfolio of multi-standard connectivity IP covering data rates from 1Gbps to 224Gbps, controller IP solutions for key interfaces such as PCIe, CXL, and HBM3E, and fully integrated subsystem platforms for seamless implementation.
