Actual Experience appoints Richard Steele as an independent Non-Executive Director

Actual Experience plc (LON:ACT), the Digital Workplace Management Systems provider, has announced the appointment of Richard Steele to the Board of the Company as an independent Non-Executive Director, with effect from 29 June 2022.  Mr Steele has over 30 years’ experience in commercial and operational finance roles in the professional services and consumer sectors, including 15 years in board level roles. Richard is currently CFO of Skillcast plc and was previously CFO of Mind Gym plc from its AIM admission in 2018 until the end of 2021. Prior to this, Richard held a series of senior finance roles in the consumer sector and is a qualified accountant.

In addition, Sir Bryan Carsberg has informed the Board of his intention to retire from the Board on 30 September 2022, having joined in July 2014.

Mr Steele will become Chair of the Audit committee of the Board following Sir Bryan’s retirement. At that time, Mr Steele will also join the Remuneration and Nomination committees of the Board.
