The publishing lifecycle from inception to production is the core business function of Conde Nast Inc (CNI). A planned moved from local content and workflows in 11 owned markets to a truly globalised Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, a 2 year strategic project, represented a decision of the highest importance.
The CTO needed to be certain that the new system would meet quality standards, at all locations, for the business to meet its global digital publishing timelines
Should the DAM fail to deliver in any one of CNI’s markets, the risks to both the local business and the global brand would be high.
