A listed technology-enabled labour supply company for the UK infrastructure sector has acquired a 60 per cent stake in a white-collar recruitment firm for £1.25m.
Cirencester-based Hercules Site Services is behind the deal for Future Build Recruitment Ltd – which is headquartered in Brighton – and represents the first in its history.
It will see Future Build integrating into Hercules’ labour supply division, providing the company with exposure to the white-collar recruitment market.
Future Build provides Hercules with an established presence in the South East, a region with “good growth prospects for the infrastructure and construction sectors”.
